Information we collect

For a home design visit request, we collect the product you are interested in, postcode and address, preferred date and time, name, mobile number, email address, notes you choose to provide, the source page and campaign details where available. For a repair request, we may also collect the fault types selected, your description and the repair photographs you upload.

Why we use it

We use the information to take steps you request before a possible contract: reviewing an appointment or repair request, confirming availability, contacting you about the proposed work and preparing a quotation or repair response. We may also keep appropriate records for our legitimate business, legal and accounting needs. Submitting a form does not create an automatic diary booking.

Who receives it

The request is emailed to ask@greensave.online for GreenSave to handle. Technical hosting, analytics and secure email-delivery providers may process the minimum information needed to operate the website and deliver the request. We do not use the form to distribute your details to multiple installers.

Website measurement

With your permission, the website uses Google measurement technology to understand page visits and actions such as phone-link, email-link and form use. Measurement is not loaded until you choose “Allow measurement”. You can reopen Cookie settings in the website footer and change your choice.

Retention and your rights

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, quotation, repair, contract, legal and accounting purposes. You may ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing ask@greensave.online. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
